"Pretty crowded but there was minimal wait for restaurants and pool wasnt too crowded if you are interested in that.. we didn't stay on resort much as we explored the island during our stay"

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"The property has only been open for a month and unfortunately, they are not fully staffed, which is probably why I only had a three star experience.
It appeared that housekeeping only serviced rooms when guests checked out. We stayed four nights and always had to ask at the front desk or find a housekeeper to request fresh towels and to have our trash emptied.
The hotel has a full bar and they do serve food, which is also nice because you may have to wait for quite a while before you can...
