"Great place to stay in Myrtle Beach!"

"One of the pools was closed causing the remaining to be overcrowded. One of 2 lazy rivers also closed. The room was nice. The walk from the parking garage to building One was too far!"

Room was humid even with the air conditioner set to auto cool so much so that after we got back to the room after 5 hours my sweatshirt I had hanging was damp as was the carpet. It just felt gross. Pillows had an odor and staff swapped them out quickly. Breakfast had a nice selection. Staff was friendly. Expedia sold a room that wasn’t available and instead of a queen we got two full beds so with that sticky room that was not good. Hotel and room...

"I booked this hotel as a last minute getaway for my birthday weekend and my birthday gift( sunglasses) were stolen in a matter of minutes during the checkout process. I placed my sunglasses on the counter in the hallway because I was going back and forth carrying luggage’s with a child. When I went back to the room for the second time, a male housekeeper was already in the room cleaning, and noticed my sunglasses were gone from the counter. I told him I have pictures of me with the sunglasses...

"The property at Ocean Creek was maintained beautifully with their landscaping and outside amenities, such as the pools and access to the beach. As far as the individual condo, it was nice and clean, but the owner needs to make sure the kitchen is better stocked as far as dish detergent, paper towels, hand and dish towels, and more dishes to accommodate families during their stay. These are the basic items needed when checking into a unit that provides a kitchen. I would definitely return, but...

"The place was nice, but had a few issues with the shower and water temperature. The maintenance man came and was lovely. The carpets were stained, and the bathtub was chipped. We put a blanket down to sit on the couch."

"Our second time staying here. Great quiet location. The staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly worked through a room assignment issue at check-in when I pressed to find a quick solution. Shuttle to the beach is super quick and easy to use without any wait times. The rooms themselves are starting to show their age. Could benefit from a refresh in furniture (some stains and clearly well used) and scent (quite musty) to help justify the price of the suite. Overall 7.5/10"

"Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

Pools and hot tubs were numerous and clean, breakfast was delicious and beaches were outstanding Room was a bit dated but water pressure in shower was excellent and room was clean during stay. Room was more of a typical motel room but served the purpose"
