"Always a pleasant stay when visiting my college student. Modern and clean hotel with spacious rooms. Appreciate the comfortable beds, beautiful walk-in shower with full size bath products. Wonderful complimentary breakfast. Quiet location yet close to everything. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!"

"Staff wasnt very accommodating at first was kind of confrontation (johnathan) then I think he realized he was employee and I was guest and I worked for marriot bonvoy and he was like sorry his favorite word was no and I wasnt happy with the room I had view of rooftop and building next door and he said you got what you paid for you didnt pay for view I was staying 6 nights for my anniversary so finally after saying they we sold out on Tues thru sun thet somehow found a room 🤔🤔🤔after I called marriot customer service and he mentioned that to me well you called the company ... anyway hotel was very nice ...but guest accommodation and speaking to guest needs work ....I wont be back"

"The location is nice and it’s in a really nice upscale area. However, it’s definitely not worth how much we paid which was insane. The pillows had marked on them which we had to ask to be changed. The towels and sheets were not white they were clearly used quite a bit which is normal but there should be higher standards. People were nice. Valet is a bit expensive and no other parking "

"Generally, everything was generally above average however, the sink in my room was cracked, and there was some sort of leak happening by the air condition return which was making the floorboard abnormal to walk on."

"Inexpensive and kept up pretty well. The room had a shower head just hanging down but worked OK. I have balance issues and the tub had no bars or mat. Desiree at the front desk was kind and helped me get into a different room."

"Our hotel room was clean, bed sheets extra crispy. To prepare for surgery the next day I had to take two showers and the shower temp is regulated. That resulted in me having to take two luke-warm showers (evening and morning) which was most unpleasant. I have stayed at Hyatt’s where this was the case, I’d like them to allow for hotter water in the showers. We had trouble locating the parking garage entrance after checking in. I had to turn our vehicle around and go back to the front desk to get better instructions. Bed was comfy and towels soft."
