"The staff was kind and courteous. Check in and check out went smoothly. We booked a loft room and it was very spacious and clean, added bonus for the small kitchenette. However, the TV in loft was smaller and there was no TV in the downstairs queen bedroom. We used the outdoor heated pool and the indoor pool, both were great. The hot tub temperature was on the hot side, took a while to adjust to the temperature, but did enjoy it. Location of Inn is great. I would highly recommend staying at the...

"Faucets could use an upgrade. Fry pans need upgrading. Great pool! Quiet area. Everything close by!! The layout of the unit is amazing! We took two teenage grandsons—nice separation of sleeping areas, and the living area is huge and perfect for playing games in the evening. Great restaurants close by! Lobster boil in Bailey’s Harbor is the best! We have stayed at this condo before and definitely plan to go back!!!!"

"Fantastic resort for winter beauty. It was very quiet and felt remote. There were no issues, but would have liked to talk to the office more about the resort, but due to the time of year and occupancy, the office hours were limited."

"If I could give them 10 stars I would. Communication was excellent and prompt. If not right away it was just a few minutes. Apartment was super nice, so welcoming and comfortable. Location is easy to get to, close enough to entertainment yet far enough away to have the peace and quiet for a relaxing wind down. Well equipped apartment with the basics plus a couple of special touches just to make you feel cared for. Highly recommend this place and the company."
