Unbelievable

This was one of our best B&B experiences or hotels for that matter ever. Our innkeepers, Dave and Trudi were so kind and attentive. Their place is a gem, and meticulously maintained. Huge attention to detail and consideration of their guests. The happy hour, the made-to-order breakfasts (served by Dave, a former beverage manager at the Palmer House in Chicago!), the grounds (charming) and the magnificent views from the great room and our sleeping room made for a very happy stay. We had snow and ice, and Dave de-iced and garaged our car, plus he insisted on driving us into Baraboo for a special event we were there for, then picking us up. We couldn't believe our good fortune in finding this place. Thank you, Dave and Trudi. We will never forget this experience.

Exquisite get away, everything was so wonderful from the lodging and breakfast to the scenic views of the lake and the hiking trails. would definitely go again, thanks Trudy and Dave for making our stay so wonderful!!

Relaxing!

My wife and I have never been to a bed and breakfast before. This place exceeded our expectations!! We loved that there were only 4 rooms, it is so peaceful and quiet. It is close to Devil's Lake and Mirror Lake for outdoor activities and the Inn's grounds have their own trails that are beautiful. Trudy's breakfast was amazing both days and we enjoyed getting referrals from Dave about where to eat during Wine & Cheese hour. We will definitely be back! There is not a detail that the owner's have not thought of - they set the B&B experience incredibility high!!

BEAUTIFUL!

we arrived late but we were welcomed with open arms, trudy and dave were wonderfully nice, kind and warm. i felt right at home there. our room was nicely decorated it made me feel like i never left home. the view off the patio was breathtaking. we had breakfast outside, and watched the humming birds feed while enjoying a friendly conversation with the other guests. there was a very romantic walk around the property, which was also lanscaped beautifully.we also went for a walk to parfreys glen to see the waterfall, how nice that was. i just cant say enough wonderful things about wawanissee point, except we will be back.

Diamond in the rough

We hadn't really expected a bed and breakfast with this type of atmosphere. Breakfast was a 3 course gourmet meal. There is a one hour wine hour with appetizers with the hosts. Movie DVDs and magazines are available. There is a hot tub, fitness room and sauna and views are incredible.
