"A wonderful welcome and our room was lovely. The dining area was busy with both residents and local people. The menu offered a good variety and food arrived very hot and well presented. We wouldn’t hesitate to return but would advise that the age of the building means that stairs are very steep and the floors are uneven. "

"This hotel is situated in a lovely small town and in my opinion it is the central hub of the area. This hotel had everything and would be perfect for a weekend staycation. The restaurant and bar attached had amazing food, seating and atmosphere. You could spend the entire day on the property enjoying the place and amenities. "We love the room type. A wide floor to ceiling window provides a bright and panoramic view. Room is clean and big. You have all amenities you need. The day we check in is my daughter’s birthday. Staff wrote her a birthday card and prepared a birthday treats for her. That’s lovely. "
