"The room itself was very nice, and the host was friendly and helpful. When we first arrived, it felt as though the property was closed, which was a little strange. Unfortunately, there was no hot water both in the evening and the following morning, which we reported to the host on departure. Had we been staying longer, I’m confident the host would have tried to resolve this. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress would benefit from an upgrade or the addition of a topper. We were given a room in a bungalow on the grounds which was very private and quite looking onto a garden, I really loved the fact that it had its own private kitchen and the staff were very helpful in providing things that ran out.
