"The trim on the walls for the doorways were off. The bathroom was semi clean, but the showerhead and faucet were loose and coming out of their holes. The elevator door was broken, kept shutting on us and of course the pool was down and has been for almost a year now, the lady said."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"No hand soap. Air conditioner had a mildew foul smell."

"The young lady at the front desk was the main reason our stay was so pleasant."

"Everything was good except the breakfast. The food wasn’t very hot. It wasn’t the best tasting either. I wasn’t impressed by it. But everything else was good."

"Upon arriving I was greeted with great hospitality by Roxanne . The room was extremely clean in every aspect. The happy hour was phenomenal. I will always choose Drury Inn in Collinsville to stay, and I will also recommend for others to stay at this location."

"Continental breakfast was horrible. Waffles, toast ,bagels, cereal, and Swiss rolls were there and that’s it. No plates to put “food” on. No protein or fruit available. Not even peanut butter for some type of protein. When we checked out there was a video kiosk to check out at. Nobody was at the front desk. The only plus was that the room was clean. Not even an ice machine on premises but they give you an ice bucket? Never will I stay there again."

"Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great."

"Good"

"All I wanted to do was shower and the shower didn’t work and the staff acted like it didn’t matter."

"If you reserve through Expedia you get bottom of the barrel..."
