"Our room was lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The hotel was clean throughout and sat in pleasant grounds. We found the staff were welcoming on arrival and polite friendly and professional throughout our stay. We enjoyed using the pool, and restaurant. "

"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I booked it for its reasonable price but it far exceeded expectations. We were visiting family in chester over Christmas, and there were no hotels available in the city centre, although this was a little far out the drive was very easy and quick parking was good and the hotel was clean and friendly. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others."

"Location / location etc. Very clean and as always very well furnished room . Would have preferred Tatton , but it's always booked . Staff excellent , shame the 'Pheasant Golden Ale' is no longer available . Even in wet grey weather , it's a great place to stay ."
