"Entrance to hotel initially harledd to see so had to make a u-turn back to driveway. Pictures on website indicated a sofa for the suite, but my room only had a chair. Once settled in, found out the TV did not work, and did not want to change rooms."

"I stayed at this hotel for one day and had a very good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. They provided plenty of fresh towels, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The beds were wonderful! Clean and comfortable! But the floor was dirty, I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been mopped in months. There were water stains and lots of dirt on the tile floors. If I took a paper towel to wipe up from water dripping off a pop ( does have refrigerator and microwave that work) the paper towel was nasty with dirt from the floor. The shower and toilet were clean but the woodwork and tile again were dirty. Don’t get me wrong I had a great visit with my daughter and granddaughter...

"This particular hotel was not great or acceptable due to the fact that it wasn’t clean properly stuff was left from the previous stay and now they won’t do nothing for my bill so I have to contact Expedia and let them know what they could do for me about the nastiness that I saw while I was there"

"Upon arrival we noticed a sign taped on the main door stating that the property can cancel reservations at their discretion. I was directed to a machine to check-in. While checking in the agent on the screen of the machine proceeded to tell me that the reservation was cancelled by Expedia. I never received any notification from the site. "One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was to have access to the fitness center. None of the fitness machines worked or was able to be turned on. The air conditioner was not able to be turn off. Awful. Bedroom smelled when you walked into the room, house keeping ran out of small towels. Bad experience."
