"Property was convenient for Stratford.
Bed very comfortable. A great selection of quality toiletries.
Owners were welcoming and advised us of recommended places to eat prior to our visit. As we were staying on a Saturday evening we were able to book a table in advance at what was a very popular venue.
Would definitely stay when in the area in the future."

"For the price of a nights stay it was nothing special and very unwelcoming . Our room was freezing on arrival and took ages to warm up. The bathroom was tiny and my partner could hardly fit into the shower. The mattresses had seen better days and I could feel the springs poking into me as I tried to sleep which I didn’t at all.
The breakfast was terrible and was of very poor quality. Quite a bit of it run out like the fresh bread, cheeses , cold meats and fruit. Not much selection on...

"Good size room, well equipped. Iron, usb wall sockets, usb charging bedside lamps. Loads of parking. Hallways and reception all well presented.
EV charging works well, though expensive (75p per kw at time of writing).
Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom needed some maintenance (towel rusty, extraction not good enough so bathroom damp paint peeling).
Corridor doors very noisy at night, they swing and bang 2-3 times when closing.
Staid 2 nights; no house keeping for some reason (we’d...

"Iain and Diane were great hosts. Everything was well-organised and immaculately clean. Lots of little personal touches in the room. Breakfast was excellent too, with a good choice of items. Very happy with my stay and location is perfect.
