Roger the bellman is THE BEST & helped me with anything I needed, coffee at the cafe was superb & we ended up at the bar for our after party which was great to just take the elevator up the beautiful atrium and go to bed, ha. "My family and I enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the room bedding was not clean and we uncovered stains on the comforter. That was the only issue the bedding needs to be replaced. "

"Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and fell far below reasonable expectations of cleanliness and service. The room and linens were not properly maintained. The bedding was unclean, and the pillowcases had visible stains, which is entirely unacceptable. In addition, the bathroom facilities were not functional. Both the shower and the sink were clogged, preventing proper drainage. We made multiple requests for assistance, yet no one came to address the issue during our stay....

"Hotel was very clean, great food places to eat around! Great value for what you get. We got to stay in the king bedroom with a terrace. We were hoping to book it again later this year, but it seems like the terrace room is all booked up. The view is totally worth it. It’s all good. We liked it so much. We booked another room type for later this year."
