"First room I was issued was very dated and filthy. Stains up the walls and all round in poor condition. I was moved to another room after complaining which was much better, however starting to show its age. Staff however really need to learn how to smile. Unfriendly vibes from all but one team member."

"The rooms are clean but lack basics. No water in the rooms. You cannot get food after 10pm. The jacuzzi is designed to kill you. There is so much chlorine it feels like a gas chamber. Its awful. Its supposed to be relaxing but you leave crying. The sauna and steam rooms are great. The swimming is good and perfect temperature. I asked one of the staff to reduce the amount of chlorine but she just said its not my job. She looked like the cleaner. The lady at the spa Danielle was just great. She...

"Really good location for the airport. Parking is very expensive would recommend paying for an extra night in the official airport parking as it’s super close and it’ll be cheaper in the long run."

"We stayed here while at the State Fayre festival and will definitely stay here again if there is another festival next year. Friendly staff, lovely gardens and comfortable rooms (although air conditioning would’ve been nice during the heatwave!) Only suggestion would be: upgrade the toiletries in the rooms please. "The Green Man is a lovely place to stay, nicely decorated and clean, comfortable rooms. The beer garden is an added gem in the summer months. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Our only complaint was that there were insufficient staff in the bar and restaurant to cope with high demand at the weekend. I however would definitely recommend the Green Man and will look forward to my next stay."
