"Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gute Anbindung mit dem Bus zum Flughafen, das Zimmer war klein aber für eine kurze Nacht zwischen 2 Flügen absolut ausreichend. Leider hatte ich keine Zeit für das Frühstück - es hat sehr lecker ausgeschaut. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Overnightstay in LHR auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen."

"It was a safe warm place to stay if you have no place else. The neighborhood was very interesting with lots to places to eat and shop. It appeared safe so I won't knock it. I just really needed a place to stay due to a cancel flight and it was a short walk from the train station that took me back to the airport. The walk with a carry on luggage was very manageable and lots of food shops and restaurants between the hotel and train station."

"We stayed for three nights at Marlborough House in September. We found the entire place to be very fresh and well maintained. It had a feeling of being recently renovated that was very enjoyable. The single room was spacious with a table, desk and cupboard. The bathroom was small with no place to put your things around the sink, as is very common in England and Europe. "This was a quick stop and rest for my family. The shower was very hot. There was no cold water option. There was also no air-conditioning. It smelled like cigarillo smoke. They did the job for us to rest before returning to the airport. I would not recommend this place."

The hallways were grimy, the shade on the window was tied closed so couldn’t see outside if you wanted to, although there was tea/coffee set up-only decaf was available and the milk pods were curdled.
