Breakfast was complimentary and it was a buffet so a variety to choose from and You can make your own fresh waffles!!!! Overall great experience. "

"My son has a duck feather allergy. We asked at front reception if we can use some hypoallergenic hollow Fiber pillows to which their reply why house keeping is gone and we don’t know where they store them. My son ended up getting a full on body rash and couldn’t sleep all night. "

"This is the worst hotel i have ever seen, we turned up after a long days working to the drunk owner arm wrestling in the hotel, smoking inside amd flicking it in a stella glass. It was honestly like a scene out of the league of gentleman. We wemt straight to bed, to be knoked up at midnight by the steaming owner. "Lovely location and good size room"

"Our shepherd hut in Pinewood was spotlessly clean and refreshed every day. Staff were always on hand if needed and really helpful at checkin (the process for checking in and out was seamless). Marshmallows, skewers, logs for the indoor and outdoor wood burners, and upmarket tea bags all complimentary; only let down by basic Nescafé coffee sachets and pots of UHT milk.
