"I thought the location was renovated and I was so wrong! Staff gave me the complete wrong directions on how to get to my room. Once in the room, only 2 light switches worked, the bath tub looked like it was partially renovated, toilet didn't flush properly, called for a new room and of course, there was no other, wifi was so bad that it kept pausing the movie were trying to watch. Will never stay there again!!!! "

"We recently stayed at Red Roof Inn, and while the room itself was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations, the experience with the staff unfortunately left a lot to be desired.
Customer service was disappointing from the start. We were informed that there is an additional charge if you’d like to check out even just one hour later, which felt excessive. What was more concerning, however, was that there seemed to be a willingness to “negotiate” that fee if paying in cash, which did not come...
