Every time we saw him, he exuberantly greeted us and inquired if there was anything he could help us with. In all my years of staying at hotels, Raoof was the best example of what a hotel representative should be. We will certainly stay at Fairfield Commons again."

"Asking front desk if they have coffee and they ask if you are a guest there not my type of customer service "

"Pros: Nice large, clean rooms. Nice breakfast, friendly and efficient staff. Cons: The water in the shower never gets truly hot and it takes at least 5 minutes for it to even be warm. The accessible room we booked was only truly accessible once you were inside, there were two heavy swinging doors that you must go through to get the room."

"Our room was not what we expected from this Hotel. A used wash cloth was hanging in the shower and the desk chair was rusted and hold torn material. Stink bugs on the shower wall. We got in late after driving 11 hours so we didn’t notice until morning. We left for a funeral for the day so we didn’t want to pack up and change rooms. The Hotel offered to reimburse for one night. Expedia has not been responsive."

"Smoke alarm was beeping low battery late at night. I tried to see if there was a way to turn it off and then the alarm went off even though there was no smoke or fire. I couldn't find any button or way to shut it off. I called the front desk and they were able to get it shut off, then it kept beeping again so they sent someone up to help."

"The breakfast was okay but food was burnt and dry and needs more waffle makers because of long lines. Of course we were there during play offs and so was crowded and busy. Coffee good and am sure the one person trying to keep up was overwhelmed. Clean rooms staff great."
