"Nice resort some of the restaurants were warm and the wait staff was sweating. Entertainment staff did a good job with the pool activities. VIP lounge was very nice and Marcela made some awesome cocktails. In the Sushi restaurant Carlos, our waiter, was very attentive and had great recommendations."

"The property had a well maintained spa! Everything worked including the sauna and steam room. The staff was very friendly and mad my mother feel at home. The beach was in the hotel’s backyard. The property was walkable to shopping, bars and many restaurants."

"This is the best resort we have ever stayed at. The facility is gorgeous, activities non-stop, and the staff is incredible. Gina was our personal concierge and she treated us like family. We spent an exceptional amount of time conversing (in spanish and english) at the bar with our favorite bar tenders (Irving and Efrain) and they were so fun and friendly. The beach volleyball lead by Sina was also epic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone looking for an incredible and relaxing vacation with wonderful staff and a beautiful property. We can't wait to come back!"

"The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room was always very clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The shows were amazing and definitely one of the best parts of our stay! We really enjoyed the hotel and had a great experience overall. The only thing that could be improved is the food variety. It would be nice to have more options, but everything else was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel!"
