"Ons verblijf in The Ritz-Carlton in Xi’an verdient vijf sterren. Van de kwaliteit en het comfort tot de persoonlijke service: alles klopte. De kamer was comfortabel en brandschoon, met veel aandacht voor detail. Ook de fitnessfaciliteiten waren uitstekend. "The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city's main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and came with complimentary bottled water. Most importantly, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One of the front desk staff members, whose last name is Zhao, provided excellent recommendations for transportation and must-see attractions. "Right in the heart of town, just steps from the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and South Gate! Our rooms were really spacious and spotless. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We used the laundry service, and they were so helpful in setting up the washer and dryer for us. The breakfast spread was so diverse it puts other spots to shame. I’ll definitely make this my home base next time I visit Xi’an!"

"The staff was over the top with helping me, especially Eva at the desk and Warren at the door. I hadn’t set up any local trips before I arrived but they took care of taxis and getting me an outstanding English guide (“Wang”) at the Terra Cotta Warriors excavation site. Unfortunately the laundry prices were a little high. I had a full load, 9 tee shirts for instance, with the associated clothing, not much else that cost over $100 to get done. The pool and restaurant are in another building,...

"The reason why we picked this hotel was due to the location and it did not fail. This hotel is located conveniently near restaurants and the Muslim quarters.
The staff at the hotel was very professional and kind, even with the language barrier. We used a translator app with no issues.
We picked a two bed room and we were given the room with a kids play area (traveling with no kids). We didn’t mind at all. We cared about the space and the cleanliness. Which this hotel was perfect for that.
