We had housekeeping knocking on our door despite having the do not disturb sign up, she had mixed our room up with a guest who had checked out. We attempted to have breakfast at the restaurant but despite many unoccupied tables, they all had dirty dishes that had not been cleared. Attention to detail needed. "
