"We were only stopping a night, just passing through but I wouldn’t stay here again.
I was on crutches, the able bodied couple in front of us managed to get a ground floor room but I had to climb up two flights of stairs to reach our room. It was not clear when booking there wasn’t a lift.
I struggled up to our room but the heat upstairs was stifling. A fan was provided but the window closed so it was just blowing hot air around. It wasn’t even that hot outside, maybe 20-22C but must have been...

I didn't like not having a key and it was a nuisance having to keep a note of codes and having to type them in every time you entered. Also, I didn't like receiving the codes at the last minute.
