"Clean room"

"This was a great stay at a lovely location…good food at Ellie’s Restaurant too. The only thing that could have improved it would have been a mini fridge, microwave and ironing board in room. So if you’re booking, be sure to check your amenities in your room should you need those items."

"This is an incredibly nice hotel with lots of interesting artifacts on display, an excellent conference room, nice continental breakfast, and very comfortable and spacious rooms. There are no elevators but there are only 2 floors. This may influence your decision whether to stay here if stairs are a problem for you. The staff members are articulate, very friendly and helpful. There is a local college at which many of the staff attend when not working at the hotel. The hotel offers snacks...

"We were in town for a high school baseball tournament. They were very accommodating, let us check in early and since we win and didn’t play until the next day at 5:00 pm they let the team extend the checkout until 1 pm. They kept the breakfast well stocked the entire morning, and you can imagine how much a high school baseball team can eat 😊. 10 out of 10, great job!"

"All though we did not use, the property has a restaurant and bar. Parking was plentiful, elevators to upper floors and clean well equipped rooms. The receptionist could have been more helpful however she was not rude, just didn't give any information without being asked. We did not have breakfast but read it would be surcharged and I prefer hotels that provide breakfast included in the price all though many are becoming pretty inadequate."

"Curtains don’t close so the light from parking lot came right into the room, grab handle in bathtub not tightened down loose about to come off. I gave them a $50.00 dollar deposit that was to be returned after I checked out and I checked out on 6/7 and still two days later no security deposit has been returned"

"The room was clean and basic which was fine and easy to check. The free breakfast was good enough and easily accessed. One inconsistency was the unexpected charge increase for our dog as Expedia’s website and the hotel’s charge was different. Staff responded with that it was not their concern as this was booked through Expedia. Still, the hotel was fine."

"Everything was well maintained and working properly. Only drawback is they might want to give some simple instructions on how to use the TV. We figured it out by trial and error."

Yuck! Lamp shades all of them must have been there during the depression with the amount of filth and very visible staining on all edges.. yuck yuck!!
