Seems like it's a newly set hotel grade lodgement. Very clean was my first impression. It's literally right next to a subway station, in front of a bus station, and Emart (equivalent of QFC) is down the block. It's located on the second floor about 14steps is all you need. An electronic kiosk is at the end of the stairs, with 4 languages...
