"Great location right near Insadong culture street and walking distance to the palaces and Hanok neighborhoods. We were upgraded to an executive suite on a high up floor. Didn’t hear any noise and hopefully nobody else had to hear our baby cry. Beds were quite firm, but I actually like this. The room was definitely very worn and had some stains and other damage, but still worth it for the spacious room, full size kitchen, in suite laundry and great location. The coffee place downstairs has bagels...

"Amazing stay. Incredible value. We had a 2 BR which was fully equipped. So spacious we felt we could stay there-wished we could stay there for months. Breakfast was included in our package and was great. There is a small but very nice playroom for kids! And the fitness center looked clean and bright and had all kinda of machines though we didn’t use it. Our room happened to have an absolutely incredible view. The location was perfect to see the places, walk two blocks (if that) to Insadong....

"Hotel ini untuk kamar ok lah, cukup luas dan kebersihan ok, air minum ada disediakan di dispencer disetiap lantai. Andai mau ke seoul metro cukup dekat kira2 5 menit, di bawah Lotte Fitin, yaitu stasiun Dongdaemun HIstory Park exit 12 lalu tinggal belok ke kiri sesudah keluar dr Lottefitin mal. Di kamar ada kompor utk masak mie dan menghangatkan yg simple2 juga ada microwave dan peralatan masak simple. Yg paling bagusnya, di depan hotel, ada halte bus yg langsung ke airport.
