"The concierge was extremely helpful, attentive, and amazing!"

"Grand Josun Jeju was the highlight of my trip to Korea. The resort was clean, beautifully designed, with top notch luxury amenities. The staff were well trained and courteous. 10/10"

"Everything was great, but I stayed at the hotel around the end of October, when the weather was still somewhat warm. It was a bit inconvenient that the hotel said the air conditioner could not be used. The hotel sent a fan, but I was a little confused because they said the hotel had disabled the air conditioner. Other than that, everything was satisfactory."

"I stayed at this hotel two weeks ago and had a great experience. The room was very clean, and the hotel was exceptionally well-maintained. The location was also excellent, with plenty of attractions and places to visit nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Check in was easy, although we arrived early and no one was there so had to walk around for a bit. Parking was fine very easy, no need to check in the car details or pay. Room we had was nice, big bed, pretty view, nice bathroom. However, there was food and drink left in the fridge and they didn’t provide hand soap. Just seemed the cleaners didn’t pay much attention. Gym was pretty good, had plenty of equipment. The massage chairs were however out of use. Coffee shop inside was lovely,...

"The staff were great, property was clean but the rest of the stay was not great. Transport form location was a problem. Could not use restaurant facility on last day as there was a problem. We received vouchers which we could not redeem. Asked to spend on items of no use to us."

"Good location with clean spacious accomodations"

"Owners are very nice and sweet. Breakfast offered every morning. Liked our own space and good location. Got a good price too! Liked all the amenities in the suite."

"The staff is very kind and helpful 🙂."

"Avoid at all cost, moldy bedrooms, moldy jacuzzi !!! We spent 2 nights at the hotel, and we immediatly noticed mold on the ceiling. When we wanted to start the jacuzzi, mold was coming out of it so it was not usable. We tried to find a solution with the reception, they offered to clean the jacuzzi on the second day (and surprise it was still releasing mold after). Since we could not use the amenities we paid for, they offered a worst bedroom (no ocean view, lower floor) as compensation. They...
