They are helpful, friendly and make every effort to make sure you are more than satisfied. "Loved this hotel! Cool looking with a very trendy (in a good way) vibe. We didn't add breakfast in our reservation. Room was a nice size as was the bathroom. As we were going into the old part of the city both days, we used the tram rather than taxis and that was easy to do. About a 50min taxi ride to IST so it might be worthwhile to investigate other transportation options. "

"The mangers of the property are wonderful and easy to access, they assisted with transfers from/to airport. The only thing I can say negatively is that only 2 bath towels are provided. We prefer clean towels each day and it was bit of headache because laundry had to be done. Otherwise, property is great for 2 adults and maybe an infant . "
