"Absolutely lovely room! Very spacious, clean, big and comfy beds. Great lounge area and beautiful bathrooms. Hotel is conveniently located right next to China Town and only a short walk to the harbour. Spoilt for choice for dinner options or snacks and some good shopping too. The only downside with the room is the skylight which even with its inbuilt blind drawn across, lets in WAY to much light in the morning, which is very early if it’s the summer months."

"We loved the breakfast. Our room was a handicap room even though we did not request that. The room was spacious.. The air conditioning was hard to figure out with the remote in Japanese that did not match the English explanation on the tv screen. Other rooms were set up better with English instructions and a separate toilet and bath where ours was together. It was hard to find the entrance, and when we called for help, the automated message said to send an email. The bakery in the lobby was...

"My stay was relaxing though eating places was far and shopping areas required a taxi unless walking 1/2 hour is your norm there is a train station so that would work too. The first room I stayed in had a constant knocking sound like a washing machine is on for 5 hours in the day straight for 3 days we worked through it then they really needed to change my room and moved us to the 15th floor great property awesome staff not to many eating options."
