Staff was friendly and very helpful. Understood our needs and proficient in English. They provided valuable guide to many of our questions. The rooms are clean and appropriate size compared to many other local hotels. Location is good as it is within walking distance to the train station, eateries and shopping centre. Overall, we are very happy with the hotel.

Bed was comfortable and room was spacious by Japanese standards and included a small dining table. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A few relatively minor things keep it from 5 stars. Faint smell of smoke in the building because there are smoking rooms. Can't use the shower and the bathroom sink at the same time as water can only be routed to one or the other. Fridge in room was not very cold and could not be adjusted.

客室のフロア全体が暗いことや、部屋のシャワーが狭いこと以外には不満ナシ。 大浴場が快適で、清掃が入らない日のドリンクサービスも他のビジネスホテルと比べると太っ腹。チェックインが遅いのもありがたい。また泊まりたいです

少し残念でした。。

川崎駅から徒歩でホテルに向かいましたが、夜だったので道がわかりずらく遠かったです。部屋の冷蔵庫が簡易冷蔵庫ということで外出すると電源が落ちてしまいます。あまり冷たくもなりません。。朝のコーヒー等フリードリンクはレストランでしか飲めなくて不便。ベットの寝心地は快適でした。水も軟水ということでお風呂のお湯がやさしい感じ。

全体的にコンパクト

繁華街から少し入った場所でしたが、荷物があっても駅まで歩くのに許容範囲な距離でした。ユニットバスが小さく、小柄な私でも使用時にとても窮屈な感じでした。ツインの部屋に滞在したが、友人とすれ違うのがやっとな感じ。フロントの方の感じが良かった。

穴場に近いお得なホテル

立地に場末感が漂っており、趣も一昔前ビジネスホテルそのものですが、古い設備をしっかりメンテナンスしており、清潔感に問題はありません。 エアコンの温度を下げてもかなり暑く、窓を開けて喚起しました。また朝、3階の部屋まで1階で供されている朝食の匂いが上がってきており、換気にやや難があるようです。 部屋の広さなどには問題なく、ゆったりと過ごせます。
