"Double room on 19th floor was clean and servicable but quite small. Front desk responded very promptly to a request for extra pillow and towels. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options including steak. Well located very close to both the Yokohama metro line and the high speed train line stations."

"The main areas (lobby, hallways, restaurants) were nice enough and clean however our room was not at all what we would have expected for $400/night CAD. The entire hotel was dated and is in need of updating but our room was particularly in bad shape. The air conditioning didn’t work well and we had little control over it.
