Shinagawa Prince Hotel
The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to the train station. The breakfast at this hotel was excellent too. However, the Annex building was lacking proper maintenance. E.g. the air conditioning did not work; the bathroom sink did not drain properly; the carpet was grungy and dirty.

Convenient location with shuttle from the airport. Breakfast was delicious.

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-ariake
Clean rooms. Staff were nice. Good area near a train station. A few convenience stores around and a mall connected to the hotel.

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Annex
Property including rooms are very clean, rooms were on the smaller side though and so was the bathroom. Great amenities, convenient to have laundry and baggage storage facility in the hotel. Property has 2 convenience stores that are absolute life savers.
