"Loved staying at Mimaru Shinjuku West. It was far away from the noise and hustle and bustle of shinjuku but close enough to go there whenever we wanted. Rooms were stocked with everything we needed from a refrigerator, microwave, sink, plates, etc. Staff was excellent in helping with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again!"

"My family of 4 stayed in a Japanese Style Suite which was spacious and worked well for us. The backlit shoji walls were lovely but it meant no natural light and the washer/dryer was helpful though it took a LONG time to dry so plan to do the laundry when you go out for the day. A refrigerator and microwave meant we didn't have to go out for every meal. Fresh towels were delivered each morning and trash removed daily. "We stayed for one night and kept our luggages at the concierge since we only bring cabin luggages to our 3 days Osaka trip. We specifically asked for the luggages to be delivered to our room when we return back and would stay for another 6 nights. They didn’t do that and acted like nothing happened. The location is only close to oedo mrt train. The rest of the mrt trains is 800 meters away but you can go by Shiodome underpass. If the price is the same I will recommend Royal Park Shiodome being closer to train station and convenient stores and they have 2 treadmills. This hotel only have one treadmill which mean I have to get up so early in order to beat the rest of the guests for it. Not a bad hotel if you get a good price for it "
