"Everything was magical!"

"The room was extremely clean and well kept. All the staff were kind and helpful. The morning pastries were a nice touch. Very fresh. The pool was refreshing. Close proximity to air of restaurants and stores relatively in close proximity."

"Great location. We could walk to City Walk or take the free shuttle if we were tired or lazy. It's also easy to get to the Metro down the hill and take the free shuttle up the steep hill to City Walk. Also only a few minutes by Uber to Warner Bros studio. Room and common areas were clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was good enough for me (pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, charcuterie). I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"Main issue was the housekeeper using a burning vacuum. It smelled like burnt vacuum everyday and 1 night was so bad that we were coughing and had trouble breathing. We could hear other people coughing from it as well. My husband told the front desk, which came to our floor and acknowledged the smell but did nothing about it. The room was decent, clean when we arrived, and felt like it was recently updated. I do think everything was spaced too far apart though. I couldn’t even reach the night...

"The property and room were very clean. However, the rooms need to be remodeled. The showers in particular were out dated."

"I don’t usually leave a reviews, but this stay was disappointing. A loud party next door lasted until 3:30 am, and despite multiple calls and security visits, it was not resolved till 3:30 am. My family got very little sleep. I asked to change trims but was told none were available, even though rooms showed online. The compensation offered did not match the impact of losing a full night of rest for whole family."

"What a pleasant surprise to find this iconic motel! vintage vibe with modern rooms, we would definitely book again. Room 225 was super quiet and away from elevator and pool, but Room 218 for my travel partner was next elevator and was noisy through the night and early morning so I would avoid that room."
