"Hotel is no frills and serves its main purpose. Our check-in experience was ok, room was clean, a/c worked and our bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to supermarket. The front desk needs staff present at all times. Although there is a bell to ring for someone, upon check-in hours and later in evening, and following morning, no one is at the FRONT. "This is a very convenient location for Ogunquit. We were greeted by a knowledgeable and upbeat youn lady upon arrival. The room was a bit musty and the AC wasn't working well."

"I liked that there was direct access to the room from the parking area and from a main corridor that extended to the reception/dining. The room was in good condition but could use a thorough vacuuming. The location was really convenient for getting downtown or to outlets. Breakfast covered all the basics, including egg and meat patty. The best part is that the rooms were more soundproof than expected. I slept soundly."
