The riom was immaculate, the staff was friendly except for the overnight reception. Was disappointed that the spa was nit open as that was the reason i booked. The restaurant was exceptional except for breakfast.

Hampton by Hilton York
Convenient location, close to train station and city centre but also very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room, good size, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Breakfast - fantastic choice, regularly topped up, very tasty and good and hot. Highly recommend

Excellent hotel slight issue with the plumbing in the room but staff moved us without an issue

The Queens Hotel & Victoria Cloisters
Very good first impression , staff friendly and helpful, lovely room, very comfy bed, would have preferred a shower cubicle, not a shower over bath. All very good will certainly be staying here again
