"Staff at Oulton Hall are the stand out feature. From check in to Oliver in the restaurant to the waiting staff at breakfast, all are well above expectations. Old school service where staff wait for you to pass rather than rushing to get where THEY need to be is actually quite refreshing these days. Can some things be improved, sure but this hotel has a lovely pool, great dinner and breakfast and just a lovely vibe. Check it out, for the most of us, it’s a wonderful experience. "

"Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. We upgraded to a grand suite which was gorgeous. Had a meal at eighty eight, the look of the restaurant was great and the food matched, very tasty. A slight issue with some drinks going on our bill by mistake which I’m unsure how that happened as you sign for them, and we didn’t get our chocolates and water for the journey home which the check out staff said would be in our car. Overall a fabulous stay with some tiny issues."

"What amazing stay here for New Year’s Eve . It was the cutest place, the enormous gorgeous Christmas had me sold it was amazing and made it extra special all the little extras all the decorations. The hosts were so lovely , friendly welcoming and nothing was too much for them . The breakfast was amazing and a great selection. The room was very clean and cosy . I didn’t use the hot tub or swimming pool put the area looked Gorogus and lovely views . The little bar area was lovely touch too . I...
