"Nice staff you pay to park plus there’s over a $200 security hold which was double the price of the room-I’ve never had one for that much (I wasn’t planning on damaging the room ha) but took a couple days to remove from my card."

"The 4-star rating at Union Hotel is a joke and does not reflect reality. Do not book here.
We arrived at 2:00 a.m. after a delayed flight with a reservation confirmed over a month in advance. Despite this, the front desk told us no room was prepared. We were forced to wait in the lobby while they hastily cleaned a room that had only just become vacant. Being told at 2:00 a.m. that a confirmed booking isn't ready is a total failure of their system.
The rest of the stay was equally substandard....

"The breakfast was not up to standards for the chain name "Hilton". Over priced.
$28 dollars per person, thats ridiculous.
Disappointment!!
