"I didn’t like the fact that the room is only cleaned once a week, especially cleaning the bathroom and dumping the trash."

"Our meet and greet was great! And the place is a very nice looking Mansion. But entering the room it was hot to both of us. We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off. We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot. I went to shave and the bathroom sink is " clogged" not just slowly draining as I could run hot water very long before it was full. Unfortunately...

"Outside key entry door was broke. AC unit leaked water all over my bag getting my clothes wet. No creamer for coffee in breakfast lounge. Breakfast lounge was dirty. No available ice bucket."

Also, there were either 3 teenagers or very young 20s males across the hall that probably slammed their door 50 to 75 times in 2 hours. "The room itself was very nice and clean. Some aspects of the hotel are dated and need work. There is remodeling being done so this was not unusual. The work done in the rooms is good."

"Great Staff! Smelled great, very clean throughout the casino. Pillows too fluffy! Difficult to sleep on the pillows. Rooms were clean. Very enjoyable stay. Would recommend highly."
