"Our first stay at this Rui Palace Facility for 8 days. I was very impressed with the Food, Staff were excellent, Facility services, pool and drinks all no complaints or any suggestions. Had no issue getting into the restaurants at evening time, but we ate around 6:30-7:00. If you went later 8:00 pm or after then people had to wait, but excellent choice for us to stay and relax. Also spoke to other individuals/couples and they agreed!!!"

"We love our stay there . Our room is nice spacious . Great food and excellent different activities and entertainment. My only thing is with the rooms . The bathroom does not have a privacy . There are glass doors on the toilet and bath. They’re separate . So when you finish using the toilet you have to get out to an open room and go to the shower room. If you want to put on your clothes after shower you have to get out to the open room again. So if you are sharing a room with someone there is no privacy . Not sure if all the rooms are like that."

"Amazing experience!! Staff provided excellent service! Food and drinks were 10/10. I wasn’t too crazy about the room, the bathroom and furniture looked outdated but everything was clean. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back again!"
