"We had an amazing family vacation at Paradisus Cancún and genuinely enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and has great amenities, but what really stood out was the hospitality and service from the staff. A special thank you to Arzle, the Pool Manager, who was absolutely phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of. Hermes, our pool server, was fantastic as well—always attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The Grand Buffet team also deserves recognition for their kindness and wonderful service throughout our stay. Being in the restaurant and hospitality industry myself, I know how much effort goes into creating a memorable guest experience, and I truly appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the team here. We made some great family memories at Paradisus Cancún and would absolutely return. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation special. See you again soon!"

"Everything about this place was amazing!! The food was good especially for an all inclusive, we did the serenity club so it was a lot easier to book reservations and we had access to all the restaurants. Vistas was our favorite restaurant but it only serenity club exclusive. We came on the weekend so we got to enjoy the foam party and party atmosphere at the main pools. Every waitress in the restaurants were amazing and wanted us to have a good time. Our butler Denise was very kind, highly recommend! I will definitely be coming here again"

"Everything was great for the price but there is only 1 store at walking distance. Shops and markets are not at walkable distance. 6 minute walk to Playa Delfines public beach was perfect. I would recommend more mirrors in the family room I stayed in. There were 4 of us girls sharing 1 mirror. A coffee bar would be extremely nice."
