The room and the view of the canal was brilliant. The staff was most helpful. I messaged while in airport to make changes to the booking. The hotel acted without fuss. Housekeeping was efficient to get the room cleaned around our schedule. I cannot fault this hotel at all.

Great location next to the West Lake and Hefang Street. Staff are so respectful and nice, they always stand up to greet you when you come in/out. Rooms are impressive and high tech. The only downside in my opinion is that they don't offer breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel was very comfortable, location was conveniently located relatively closely to the Wenzhounan station. Staff spoke good English and I had no issues. Room and bathroom were a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. I could hear people walking past in the corridor, so not completely soundproof, but it didn’t prevent me from being able to sleep.
