"The suite in Ocean Tower was great. The amenities were excellent as well. Kids enjoyed a lot. It takes a long time to get in & out of the resort because the tram is very slow & the canal boats are out pf serbice. We wasted a lot of time getting in & out."

"The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the main street and sites. The hotel room was a nice size. The towels were gray and dingy. The breakfast had a good variety but it was very hard to find a seat. There are not enough tables for everyone to sit. A lot of people took their breakfast to their rooms. There was no cold water offered at breakfast. You had to get it from the gym. The pool and hot tub were nice, although there were a few bugs in the pool. Parking was $15/night."

"The place is full of gnats and mosquitoes, I have got bitten all over my body, there is not Air conditioner so we have to leave the windows open for air circulation. They won’t even have drinking water facilities. When told about the lizards and gnats in the room, got a reply that lizards are lucky to have in the room. "Beautiful resort but still needs a lot of maintenance. The most frustrating part was paying the resort fee and parking fee, but watching many local residents use the facilities freely. The family pool was overcrowded with residents, not guests. The pools were supposed to close at 10PM, but on our evening walks we saw a lot of inappropriate behavior in the pools. Wondering how the facility is monitored, because it didn’t seem like there was any rule enforcement."

"House keeping did not show up in spite of repeated calls to the front desk. The wrist bands stopped working after a couple of days. The lady at the front desk and the Assistant Manager were extremely, rude, impolite, and disrespectful. The Assistant Manager was in fact very loud and abusive ion her interaction.
