The air conditioning seemed to be timed and on a sensor. When the door was opened or we left the room it shut off making it uncomfortable to come back to. It was our a second time staying here & we were met with the same hospitality by the staff as last time. We were impressed with how they handled the major storm and how accommodating they were towards us.

in all everything is good but I had requested before leaving that we wanted two connecting rooms.And I had said I would pay extra, but unfortunately they didn't give us that room Even though the child was with us.This was upsetting

Very friendly staff, nice room, comfortable bed, very close to the ocean. Multiple pools and hot tubs.

Did not use the laundry services, but always had fresh room towels available. The only thing that I would suggest is more available pool/ beach towels. At times there was shortage of it. Otherwise great experience!

We had a nice stay here. It is an older resort and it is showing its age. It was clean and the staff was nice. Food was just ok. Mixed drinks were terrible - I tried several. We chose this resort because of its awesome reviews and were disappointed it did not line up with our expectations.
