Check in went smoothly and we received an upgrade. We were also assigned a butler. Dario went above and beyond for us. Big shout to Miriam at the dining options. She made sure we were taken care every time she saw us. Great entertainment as well.

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen. The rooms were amazing and clean. The in suite jacuzzi was my favorite. The food was incredible. My favorites were Rincon Mexicano (tacos and flan!), Asiana, Dolma (chicken parm and crème brûlée) and Spice! If you go to Spice, look for Miguel! ...

All food and drinks were outrageous! We paid $1000 for meals and drinks over 3 days for food that was ok !

Excellent resort for couples wanting a quiet getaway. Food was delicious and service was amazing! I loved our room. We will definitely return.

This resort is extremely beautiful- such a relaxing place to spend a few days and just unwind. The food is great at all the restaurants. The rooms are nice and upgraded. Staff is all very friendly. Amazing resort…food, drinks are all top notch, but the most memorable things about Live Aqua are the people. The entire staff remembers your names, likes and dislikes and do everything in their power to make your stay the best! The reason we return every year!
