The pools were cold in January. The hot tubs were not hot enough.

We were able to order a bread basket for the room that was warm and timely We also ate downstairs and had a yogurt parfait that was tasty and fresh We had a great dinner at Nova Was great

We enjoyed staying at the bellagio. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean and updated.

Had a great stay at this all inclusive adults only resort. Staff were great. Food was excellent. Place was clean!!!! We would go again!!! We booked through a third party but if you book directly through the girl they offer complimentary shuttle service.

Best customer service of any resort or hotel I have been to. Food was great! The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. The resort overall was beautiful. I had an amazing time and look forward to booking another stay with Beloved in the future.
