Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe
Under renovations so could be a gem soon. Wanted to charge me $25 to check in early (45 min prior to official check in time), which seemed ridiculous. When I balked, they said they’d waive the charge. Spacious room, just worn.

The size of our unit was perfect for our family and very nicely decorated; the food at Osteria Sierra (in main hotel) was great; the whole property (hotel included) is amazing and Incline Village is a quiet small town on the nothern part of Lake Tahoe. Penthouse was spacious filled with all the comforts of a home - cookware, washer and dryer, fireplace, etc. Staff was helpful and friendly You can’t beat the location!
