"Other than some stains on the carpet, the room was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was luke warm which was not ideal when in the 90's; however, it was bearable and did cool one off when got out."

"Clean room, helpful staff, early check in. All good things. Only downside was several ice machines not working on several floors of Birch tower. A small issue. Otherwise, one of the best stays and values for the money in Reno Nv. Thanks J, we'll be back."
