The room was nice however the bathroom door needs replacing as there is terrible water damage that lets the look and feel of the bathroom down. Staff seemed friendly. Breakfast had food bags so could take on the go. Hotel staff were friendly. Excellent location for Symphony Hall. Generally very clean, only took a star off as found something under the bed!

Hyatt Regency Birmingham
Spotless room exceptional comfort space and view. Great staff everyone pleasant and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Everyone’s chatty and helpful. Stayed here many times and it never disappoint’s excellent value and great service. Great hotel. 😀

The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club
Hotel was clean and conveniently located for an overnight stay after the show that we went to see at bpPulse arena. Free parking was a massive plus. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
