Doubletree Hotel South Bend
The bar was not open when it said it should have been. The Starbuck’s closed at 4pm even though electronic signs throughout said 6pm. The pool was closed but strangely located right at the entrance. Signage from the parking garage to lobby is very lacking. I noticed multiple people just as confused ...

We had a wonderful stay here! I wish it would have been for longer. The setting was so peaceful. We had everything we needed. It’s like the best part of camping without the prep and fuss. Appreciated the excellent communication too.

The Villas at French Lick Springs
We went for Christmas. Our view was French lick hotel. Which was so pretty. No complaint there. It was great for the price. It was very roomy and spacious. The Argyle on Mass Ave
Room was clean, beds were clean, bathroom was clean. The only issue was the heat. The furnace would only stay lit for about 5 seconds (you could clearly hear and see the ignition and flames) and the room never got warmer than 62 degrees, no matter what the thermostat setting. It just felt cold.
