"Very well located in Venice. 200 meters or so from train station. Rooms are very small. Bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is a nice buffet. Bathroom does not have clappers or s type plumbing so odors come straight up. Had to keep door closed all day so that the odor does not get to the sleeping area. ..."

"This was a great location. Staff was exceptional, comparing to the US. Only problem was ac was controlled by the hotel. They lowered it for us but the next night was back up. Luckily it was a cool night and we slept with the window open. Room was small but nice and clean!"
