Breakfast buffet was excellent. Amenities were convenient. Property was clean. Close to a station. Quieter part of Osaka. Loved the guest lounge and all the yumminess. We had a corner room with a nice view and the room was comfy and nice. Intergate Hotel for the win!

Hotel Granvia Osaka
浴室などは綺麗だが、狭い。エレベーターが全く来ない。5基くらいあるのに。おかげでエレベーターホールは人であふれ、1基に乗り切れない。しかし、1基来ると他のエレベーターが来ないので、再度長時間待つ羽目に。毎回毎回こんな感じなので、かなりうんざりした。 車寄せにタクシーを呼んでもらったところ、いつ来るかわからないと言われた（これはホテルの落ち度ではないが、かなり不便に感じた）。 フロントのスタッフは当たり外れがある。 壁が薄く、隣の声が聞こえる。一度ノックされたと思い外を見たら、隣の部屋だった。 清掃は14時まで受け付けてくれる。掃除も丁寧だと思う。 部屋のゴミ箱が小さすぎてすぐいっぱいになってしまう。 ...

Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka
Great location, easy to get to everywhere with trains downstairs. It rained a few days while were we there but we had no problems because the trains were downstairs and we also travel through the underground walkways.
