Breakfast was awesome. The rooms are spacious and very clean. On-site spa was very clean and well-managed. Staff was very friendly even though I didn’t speak any japanese. I will stay here again when I return to Kyoto.

I deducted 1 star due to the very small size of the rooms. The basic requirement would be a Deluxe room in future. Note: There are no drawers or wardrobes in Standard or Deluxe rooms.
